If it were possible to give zero stars, that's exactly what this place deserves.nnThis was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Calling this place a hotel is already being generous, and it certainly does not justify the outrageously high price.nnThe rooms look like they haven't been renovated since the 1980s. Everything is old, broken, worn out, and poorly maintained. There was almost no water pressure, the shower was full of mold, many of the facilities were broken or simply didn't work, and the overall feeling was one of complete neglect.nnThe public areas were just as bad. The lobby furniture was torn, the massage chairs didn't work, and it looked as though the hotel hadn't been renovated in decades.nnThe service was equally disappointing. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in assisting guests, while the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving any issues.nnThe food was terrible. The menu was extremely limited, the same dishes kept reappearing throughout the day, and it genuinely felt as though leftovers were being recycled. The vegetables looked wilted and far from fresh, and the overall quality was very poor.nnThe biggest disappointment was the so-called "all-inclusive" package. In reality, it is anything but all-inclusive. Despite paying a premium price, guests are still expected to pay extra for drinks and various add-ons. Lunch and dinner are served from the exact same small, limited menu, making the "all-inclusive" label feel misleading.nnEven the smallest details reflect an attempt to cut costs at the guests' expense. You have to pay extra for a towel, couples receive only one room key, and the air conditioning automatically turns off whenever you leave the room, meaning you return to a hot, uncomfortable room every time.
