Beautiful new resort ,amazing design,10 minutes drive from Rethymno ,great facilities like adult pool and kids pool and lovely beach.The room was spacious with beautiful terrace with view to the sea,good ac.

I was disappointed that our 4 rooms that I booked wasn’t close to each other,but they upgraded our rooms and the hotel was amazing so I don’t feel so bad about it

יתרונות:
הארוחת בוקר מעולה, הנוף מהחדר יפה מאד, מנהל המקום היה מאד ידידותי ועזר, מנהל הבר בארוחת בוקר היה נחמד, השף של המלון היה מאד ידידותי ועוזר 😊. מלון חדש וחדר גדול. רוב הצוות מעולה.
חסרונות:
המזגן לא קירר 4 לילות עד שעברתי את המנהל וזה תוקן, יש ריח של ביוב מהשרותים והמקלחת, דלתות השירותים והמקלחת לא מבודדות ושומעים את כל הרעשים, הבריכה הראשית משעממת ואסור להכניס ילדים מתחת לגיל 12 ואת זה לא ידענו.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at.nnThe hotel is exceptionally clean and spotless, with every detail meticulously maintained. The swimming pool is stunning, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere, while the entire resort is beautifully designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding mountain landscape.nnThe food exceeded all of our expectations. Every meal was of outstanding quality, with an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options. It was obvious that great attention had been given to even the smallest details.nnOur room was extremely comfortable, featuring a luxurious bed, an excellent shower, and everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.nnWhat impressed us the most was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made our vacation even more enjoyable.nnMy only recommendation for future guests is to rent a car. The resort is located between Chania and Rethymno, making it an excellent base for exploring the island, but having a car is by far the most convenient way to get around.nnI highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Crete. It offers an exceptional experience in every aspect, and I would gladly return again.
