ניקוז המים במקלחון איטי , חדר אמבטיה קטן ומכונת הכביסה שמוצבת בו הופכת אותו לצפוף, נזילת מים מהמקלחון לרצפת החדר. בדירה בסטנדרט הזה חבל שחסרים נייר מגבת ומטלית במטבחון, שיש מכונת קפה אבל לא מוצעות קפסולות, שהיה רק גליל אחד של נייר טואלט, ושסבון הידיים נגמר .
