⭐☆☆☆☆nnVery disappointing stay.nnThe hotel looks nothing like the photos. The pictures make it appear modern, stylish, and newly renovated, but in reality the rooms are outdated and far from what was advertised.nnTo make matters worse, when we arrived we found towels with hair on them, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room.nnThe biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. We reported that it wasn’t working during the afternoon, and a maintenance technician came to “fix” it. He assured us everything was working properly, but shortly afterward the air conditioner stopped working again.nnThat night there was no maintenance staff available, and the hotel had no other room to move us to. We were forced to spend the entire night in a room without air conditioning, making it almost impossible to sleep. This is simply unacceptable, especially during the summer in Mykonos.nnThe following morning we requested compensation for a night in which we did not receive one of the most basic amenities we paid for. Instead of offering a refund or taking responsibility, the hotel offered us a beach sunbed worth €60. Considering the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced, this was an inadequate and disappointing response.nnOverall, this hotel is a perfect example of misleading marketing. The photos create expectations that the property simply does not meet, and when serious issues arise, customer service fails to provide an appropriate solution.nnI would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
