Lastly, “MELISSANI Lake”: the best time to visit is when the sun is right overhead around noon , when the sunrays strike the water, creating a magical blue light atmosphere. The public theater of Argostoli, “ O KEFALOS ” and the public Cinema “ANNY ” are 45 minutes away from Moncasa. Last but not least of Kefalonia's wonders is “DROGARATIS” cave, the only one on the island.
