KOIA All - Suite Well Being Resort - Adults Onlyקויה אול סוויט וול ביינג ריזורט, קוס

The view, the beautiful room, pool. Staff were wonderful. Truly a great experience and we will be back.

Housekeeping did not clean our room for a whole day, and although we requested that they would clean and supply fresh towels it took a few hours and after several requests for them to provide the towels (the room was not cleaned though). It doesn’t seem to match the high level of this hotel. In addition the breakfast could be a bit better, maybe consider more variety.

הנה הביקורת המעודכנת עם ההערה בצורה חיובית ובונה:nnWe had an excellent stay at KOIA. The hotel was outstanding and truly luxurious. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable.nnThe staff provided exceptional service and made us feel personally cared for throughout our stay. Whenever there were any small issues, they resolved them as quickly as possible and even went the extra mile to compensate us, making sure we felt valued and satisfied.nnThe food was delicious, and the facilities were excellent. Everything was well maintained and contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience.nnThe only suggestion we would make is to offer a wider variety of dishes on the à la carte breakfast menu. The breakfast buffet itself was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options.nnWe highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!
