The area of the center is a mix of tradition, art and business. The last period the municipality of Athens decided to convert the area from financial district to residential and touristic friendly. The house is situated in the center of the city in the heart of the historical center right next to Acropolis, Plaka , New Museum of Acropolis(10-15 minutes walking) and 5 minutes walking distance to Syntagma ,Monastiraki,Thissio,Keramikos. You can use the Athens Metro Train (3 minutes walking) the Athens Tram and the pavement system that starts in front of the house and goes to Monastiraki-Plaka-Acropol-Thisio-Syntagma-Kerameikos-Gazi areas
