Dining room: There is a good variety of food in the main dining room.rnFacilities: The hotel itself is beautiful and spacious, and it's obvious that everything is new.rnStaff: The staff is very polite and kind.rnOverall experience: All things considered, it is a very good hotel.
A-la-carte restaurants: They aren't even worth the effort. It's exactly the same food as the dining room, just in smaller portions and with a more limited selection. Booking them is also restricted and ultimately unnecessary.rnLocation: There is nothing around the hotel, and it's far from the airport.rnBug problem: Outside, it's like a jungle with tons of insects (cockroaches, praying mantises, etc.). We had to call reception every single night to help us deal with bugs in our room. The hotel desperately needs pest control.rnService issues: While polite, the staff is simply incapable in some matters. There were days when it took the waiters a long time to bring our drinks to the pool.rnPool bar: The snack bar sometimes closes off certain food items, like ice cream, in the middle of the day.rnValue & Rating: It is a bit overpriced for what you get. It is also definitely not a 5-star hotel, as there is absolutely no room service.
