It would be great if the housekeeping staff were better coordinated with one another. Several times, someone came to offer a refresh service after housekeeping had already been in the room. They would also start opening the door with their key after only two knocks (even though the key was in the lock from the inside), which was not very pleasant.rnThe safe didn’t work, but we decided not to report it to the staff. The shower faucet was broken, and there were small insects in both the bathroom and the shower.rn One last thing: when arriving at the location, it wasn’t clear where to go or where the reception was located, as there was no signage.rnDespite all of this, we had an amazing experience! ❤️
