We had an amazing four-night stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It truly feels like a luxury retreat. The service is exceptional, with every member of the staff being professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everything throughout the hotel is spotless and perfectly maintained.nnThe hotel offers everything you could need and more. One of its biggest advantages is its layout - it is spacious without being overwhelming, so the walking distances between the room, beach, pool, and restaurants are all very convenient. Chania is only about a 15-minute drive away in normal traffic.nnThe food selection is not huge, but it is more than sufficient, and the quality is outstanding. Every meal was delicious, and both lunch and dinner are served à la carte with the quality and presentation of a fine dining restaurant. We also appreciated the valet parking service and the many thoughtful touches and small surprises throughout our stay that made the experience feel extra special.

If we had to mention a few minor drawbacks, the private pool water was quite cold, although we didn’t find ourselves using it much anyway. There were also cicadas everywhere, so their sound was noticeable throughout the day and evening, although this is, of course, part of the natural surroundings rather than the hotel itself. Extras outside the included package are quite expensive, but honestly, the hotel already provides everything you need. The beach is public rather than private, so occasionally there were children playing nearby and vendors walking along the beach, which sometimes disturbed the peaceful atmosphere. Finally, a designated smoking area would have been appreciated, as cigarette smoke was noticeable during dinner.
