Independent Cycladic house (83sqrm) newly-built, with traditional architecture. It has a gorgeous view of the famous beach, Kalo Livadi .The beach is easily accessible by walking as the distance is about 350m.The location is really convenient, as we are next to Ano Mera village ,where you can find many traditional tavernas,cafe, super market, pharmacy. Also it is located next to all famous Mykonos' Beaches: Elia, Ftelia, Kalaphatis, Agia Anna, Fokos.
The space
The main area of the house consists of a single living room with a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equippied with all the the necessary electrical devices, espresso coffee machine, microwave oven, milk foamer and sandwich maker/ panini press to make breakfast and enjoy it with sea view.
In the living room you can find a sofa which can turn intoa bed and also a smart TV 50''.
The house is equipped with A/C, one in the living room and one to each bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. In addition, the bathroom is really spacious and there is a washing Massine.
