יתרונות:
ישנו בדירת חדר. המקום נקי להפליא. טינה המארחת עושה מעל ומעבר עבור האורחים. המיקום מרכזי. שתי דקות הליכה מהתחנת אוטובוסים המרכזית. החדר והמטבח מאובזרים היטב.
חסרונות:
המזגן מאוד גבוה והוילון שצמוד אליו קצת מפריע לו להפיץ חום בחדר. משקופים נמוכים. למי שגבוה טיפה מפריע. בכל מקרה, ממליצים בחום להתארח פה.
