Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever experienced. The biggest issue was the extremely strong smell of dampness and mold in the rooms. It felt as if the rooms had not been properly aired out for years. The smell was so overwhelming that we could barely sleep during our entire stay.nnWe booked two rooms, and unfortunately both had exactly the same problem, so it was clearly not an isolated case. We deliberately stayed out of the hotel from early morning until late at night just to avoid spending time in the rooms because the humidity and smell made them very uncomfortable.nnEvery morning we woke up with itchy skin and rashes on different parts of our bodies, and we believe the excessive dampness in the rooms may have contributed to this. The experience was extremely unpleasant for both us and our children and had a significant negative impact on our vacation.nnI sincerely hope the hotel addresses this issue as soon as possible, because the air quality inside the rooms is just as important as cleanliness. Sadly, this experience greatly affected our holiday, and I cannot recommend this hotel unless this problem is resolved.

לצערי, זו הייתה אחת מחוויות האירוח הגרועות ביותר שחווינו. הבעיה העיקרית הייתה ריח חזק מאוד של לחות ועובש בחדרים. התחושה הייתה כאילו החדרים לא אווררו במשך שנים. הריח היה כל כך חזק עד שכמעט לא הצלחנו לישון במהלך כל השהות שלנו.nnהזמנו שני חדרים, ולצערנו אותה הבעיה הייתה קיימת בשניהם, כך שלא מדובר במקרה בודד. היינו יוצאים מהמלון מוקדם בבוקר וחוזרים רק מאוחר בלילה, רק כדי להימנע משהייה בחדרים, משום שהריח והלחות הפכו אותם לבלתי נעימים.nnבכל בוקר התעוררנו עם גירוד ופריחה באזורים שונים בגוף, והרגשנו שהלחות הרבה בחדרים ייתכן שתרמה לכך. החוויה הייתה קשה מאוד עבורנו ועבור ילדינו ופגעה משמעותית בהנאה שלנו מהחופשה.nnאני מקווה שהמלון יטפל בבעיה הזו בהקדם, משום שאיכות האוויר בחדרים חשובה לא פחות מהניקיון. לצערי, החוויה הזו פגעה מאוד בחופשה שלנו, ולכן איני יכול להמליץ על המלון עד שהבעיה תטופל
