THOLETO APARTMENTS

Rental from 5 nights or more. The property is just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. The apartments are airy with a view of a wonderful natural landscape (mountain, garden and sea). The building is on the main quiet road to the beach.
There is immediate service with just a message or phone. The place has private parking only for our customers (a valuable provision, because the area has a big issue with parking).
For your trips outside the area, there are daily routes with the green buses, but also shops for renting a car or motorbike.
The distance from the center of Corfu is only 20 minutes by car.
Cleaning is done after each departure. During your stay, you will have clean sheets, towels and one toilet paper every 3 days. No other extra items for hygiene or daily use (such as soaps, shampoos, garbage bags, etc.) are provided. There is a broom and bucket for your use. If you want intermediate cleaning, there is a charge of 30 euros, upon your request.
To dispose your garbage, there are separate bins for plastic and garbage in the parking area. In the region you will find everything you might need: restaurants, super markets, cafes, ATM, doctor's office, etc. There is a bakery/cafe/patisserie directly opposite the accommodation.
Lights, air conditioners and kitchen hoods should be closed when you are away from the accommodation. Furniture must not be moved without request.
Please do not kill mosquitoes on the walls.
Check in starts at 15.30 pm until 11.30 pm and check out is until 11.00 am. In case you want to depart later, and if there is no subsequent check in, there is a charge corresponding to half the cost of the daily charge. Otherwise you can leave your bags in a secure area within the building until your departure.
The area is controlled by cameras for everyone's safety. Please maintain the appartment in the appropriate condition. Thank you very much.
