Unacceptable service for a luxury hotel – Total breakdown in management and guest carennWhat was good:nnThe hotel facilities, room, and beds were comfortable and well-maintained. A special mention goes to Alexandra at the bar, who was wonderfully kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She was a true professional and provided the only positive service experience we had.nnWhat was disappointing:nnUnfortunately, our stay was completely ruined by extremely rude service and a total lack of accountability from management.nnWhen I asked the bartender, Manos, for a cocktail recommendation (asking for something fresh and not too sweet), he rudely threw the menus right in front of me and bluntly said, "This is what we have, read it." For a high-end, expensive luxury adults-only hotel, Manos's level of disrespect was shocking and completely uncalled for.nnSince my English is not fluent, I was deeply hurt and couldn't respond on the spot. Instead, I translated my experience into writing and showed it to the receptionist on my phone. He read it, apologized, and explicitly promised he would pass it directly to the manager the following morning.nnHowever, when we checked out the next day, absolutely no one acknowledged it, apologized, or even mentioned the incident. It felt as though our reported issue was simply ignored and swept under the rug.nnWe were not looking for compensation — just basic respect, an apology, and proper guest care. The fact that a serious issue reported to the front desk was completely ignored makes this hotel entirely unacceptable. I cannot recommend a place that treats its guests this way.
